you do ask for a lot and some people probably can't even be bothered recruiting you because chances are you will leave shortly after or carry in scrims and so leave because of what ever reason

make your own clan, you will pick up easy and you can control it how you want

I judge the clan both in game and ventrilo wise. If it doesnt suit me I leave.

And i've made plenty of clans in the past that have died down due to not meeting players needs.
