how to kill bhop breath down ghost?

they are very fast especially in lab, i could locate non-breath down ghost that bhops, but not breath down ones.. I dont want to turn the volume to the point that hurts my ears, just enough to hear the breath down ghost clearly when they are close. Please give some suggestions, thx

what i usually do is jump around and always look everywhere around me, if you dont stand still, the chances of them bhopping and not messing up while trying to turn to get you are pretty low.

and then when you see them, light that shiit up sonn
