Too long of a delay for my free ZP >:(

Okay, I did two surveys and waited for over 3 hours and they still have not even "processed the information I put in" Why does that happen? I know that the ZP may be delayed rewarded. But the stupid thing still hasn't even finished processing my answers! I had to close out of it because I have to go to bed and I was sick of waiting. I really need the ZP. If anyone wanted to know one survey was about 9k ZP and another was about 2k ZP. Can someone like, reward me it or something because I did it. But the thing was being gay and now I still don't have ZP. If there's anything anyone can do please tell me.
