I mean really? As far as i can tell this so called company Z8 sits on their ass and does nothing except keeping the servers up, Saidin looks like he does everything there is to do with admin.
FallenAngel: where are you? this community has gone to **** and you have sat on your ass and done nothing AND GOT PAID FOR IT. funny that you were active on Suba and now that you had the promotion you do nothing, in for the money much? To be honest Saidin makes a better community manager then you without even trying!

MODS: I have never respected mods just because of their positions, but it seems a lot of them enjoy doing **** just to annoy people and justify it with "I'm just doing my job" BULL****. I have seen threads mysteriously disappear from off-topic for no reason without it even breaking the rules. hell these forums have got to the extent where it seems more like a Nazi regime more then a gaming forum.
perhaps whoever made the rule not to talk about other online games should have used his brain and realized that gamers would be on the forum, and we enjoy talking about games.
Community: Its nice having a competitive community, but it isn't nice having an army of trolls who cant even do it right. its both ******ed and sad in fact, its so easy to wind up a troll and get him to infract himself its just cute.
Money: All companies need money, and you achieve this with ZP, how about firing fallenangel since he is dead weight anyway, at least then you can lower the price of zp.
For the past 6 months (Maybe more) we have been told "You can get image sigs with the karma system when it eventually comes out" seems like a stupid excuse, i could get the karma system working in one evening, its taken you over half a year! how about someone get off their lazy ass and do something?

Yeah. As far as you can tell.
Problem is, you don't actually know, and due to public policies, you can't be told.
I understand its easy to feel a part of a company just because you (person, not OP) can buy ZP and type on the forum and occasionally get a reply by a GM.
Unfortunately, the GMs don't run the show, and most that questions how the company is being ran has no idea how to run a company.
and yeah, someone will probably remove this thread. I won't. -
Fallen is not here because of many reasons.
1) Hes busy looking at support tickets, theres alot these days.
2) Hes on vacation.
3) Looking for new staff?
4) Finding alot of bugs in the game.
5) Others.

Theres alot more people who work outside of Z8Games.
If the Devs aren't doing good enough, he may be looking for more.

There's a difference between expecting a good product and believing you can run it. I don't believe, at this point, that I can run a company. However I can recognize when blatant mistakes are being overlooked, and can, from that, say that a company isn't being run properly. -

No, of course not.
Z8Games is a company like many others. But they deal in a sensitive market. (As every company, mind you)
You'll find that in the real world, every single company protects their information with public policies.
I didn't mention updates, so I'll disregard that question as a random statement.
