Almost 2 weeks
It's almost 2 weeks since I asked for a refund for 15 coupons (I know it's not a lot but I would of had the AK47-Knife a long time ago) and I still haven't gotten a reply...
I knew I had 48 hours to get a refund so I asked them in 15 minutes because I exchanged a shovel by mistake. How long does this usually take? I've been answered in 3 or 4 days max...but it's almost 2 weeks...

How long did you wait? I mean..15 coupons shouldn't be a big deal. Don't know why they're taking so long.

Nope. You can get a refund if you've had the item for less than 48 hours. A lot of my friends have done it. If it was that way, the first time they replied they would of said so, but they didn't. They sent me over to Technical Support without saying I can't get a refund.

Oh, well that's unfair.. I can trade tags, use the gun for less than 48 hrs and get another one. Anyway, if you're still playing why not change your signature? -

I'm not really playing. I'm just in the forums. Don't want to keep getting kicked by those cry babies. -
Did you exchange the shovel by mistake or you simply played with it and didn't like? - Two different things.
Two weeks is actually a very long time. Send another.
By mistake. I only wanted 1, 90 day shovel but I got 2 >.>
Dont want to send another because they'll say my 48 hours have passed.
