Not correct, individual skill is still needed, but the players need to trust each other to watch each others' backs.

first you start out with a really good leader, than team chemistry, than individual skill
ive seen really good individual skilled players lose to a team with a really good leader but only decent shots

chemistry is 2nd

Chemistry is very important.
Theres a guy i dont like in the clan now and if he says like full rush B then i go A,if he wants me to go cat on CT,i rush mid and die rambo style just to p/iss him off

What is an effective way of steering clear of cheaters

Your players should be able to run ACS / Growler / get TVed whenever asked, simple as that.

1 awper with 4 gunners

or 2 awpers with 3 guners

Also which server/channel would you consider the most compeitive/best to pick players up

ps.I already tryed alpha 7 the asians are mostly over rated there sorryy

Picking up players ingame: no.
Best setup: Depends on the map.

depends on the map, 2 awpers can be really good sometimes or really bad, you can work 2 awps on BW, ceyhan, sanatoria, factory, really depends on the team though also

depends on the map I think,and wether someone is playing passive or aggressive. E.g,in Black Widow CT/GR you'll have 1 sniper mid for sure,then another guy either B OR A palt i guess. I prefer to have the sniper in A tho and half a rifler in B.

Hurt, they only bring issues to the team.
If there is a player who maybe is a little less skilled, I'd take him over an egotistical maniac any day.
