Limit for Laggers.

Hello.
For an enjoyable game, one point to add would be a ping limit, those players with a ping above 200, or 250, block them, and can not play.

I played in other game with this, we could play in 3 types of games, Green, Yellow and White, Green, for -100 pings, Yellow for -150 Pings and White for all.

I Suggest, something similar, or, only block players with +200 ping, or +250 ping.

think about it, please.
