Buying ZP

Yea, I was going to buy ZP, but when I was about to confirm, they said that my Account has been blocked and stuffs, which means that I couldn't buy ZP and Z8Games will be loosing money :P

So, can anyone help me out about this issue, it would very appreciated ^^

I never hack.ed, glitched, trolled or whatever, I just wanna know why they show this message and why I can't buy ZP because of it.

No one would not but a GM, send in support ticket of SS of it saying you can't buy ZP.
