user requests: RPK Special

yesterday i asked which weapon you would like to see randomized next.
and it was a close tie, but the RPK won out by 2 votes. the AK-47 came second, with the FAMAS coming third.

So, here you are: the rpk re-introduced as:

RPK- Micro



now the most obvoius difference on this gun from the standard is the shorter barrel.

This version trades in alot of ammo & accuracy in exchange for greater power.
this is a short range spray/burst gun.

The stats of this gun are as follows:
[please keep in mind the gun stats are on a scale of 1-100]

RPK-Micro
- Ammo clip reduced by 35 shots (40/40)
- Accraucy significantly reduced, reduction of 30 points.
- Bullet Spread width doubled.
- Damage loss over range increased significantly, damage reduction of 70% long-range.
- Damage per bullet increased significantly, damage increase by 25 damage per shot.
- Weight decreased by 10 points.
