Can I buy 10k ZP directly from Paypal or do I have to link a credit card?

As in I have $10 on my Paypal account and want to buy ZP without a credit card.

Yes you can.
I've never linked a credit card to my Paypal account (mainly cause I don't have one).
Bank transfers feels safer although its pretty slow (2-3 days).
Just click what you want and "Pay now".
You'll have a receipt mailed to you too. Worth keeping.
