Ms/Ping problems

Would ms/ping problems to the Cf server be a bandwith issue? mostly because lately ive been lagging at about 730pm till 11pm and i think my upstairs landlords our on there wifi at that time( decreasing availble bandwith for my comp).

so... yeah..

EDIT: usually ill get 44-47 ping, when i lag i get 99-300 at a very unstable rate.

Landlord wifing off you would cause your ping to increase, allot.

it happen to me too... my ping use to be around 60-80 now it like 100-200.. i think crossfire is having server problem..

i dont think it only happen to me because before when i join a game, i usally see like half of the people in the game have normal ping but now when i join a game almost everyone have 100+ ping..
