The Downtown mission is done? They just haven't switched it yet due to Escape mode bugs I think.

I seriously wonder what they're smoking up at z8. They seem to forget things. Like abandoning the RF story for a long time. Then, knowing that ESC mode is bugged for the daily mission, they use it as an objective.

If you haven't noticed they removed most of the bugged missions, and will fix it in the next patch.
