blackmarcket bug

I spended more than 300K GP to the blackmarcket and i have nothing!
My cousin buys 10k gp and he has a blackmarcket weapon.
And my friends have to bought about 20k gp and they have it

And what i though was maybe my created date im registered at the open beta
Because i hate it when i spend gp to nothing
