New Black Market System

I played cf japan and chinese and seen there black market and it was genius. why not add lets say the awm red dragon for 1 and 3 days and have a better chance of using the weapon besides spending 50k zp on the permanent (if your lucky)

we could do this for all the black market weapons to see if the player really wants the gun or not and not make them spend 50k zp or 100k gp
