Active Pugg vent.

The problem is that this community is so divided. Everyone thinks they can run a PUG "better" than the previous one and it simply ends up in a competition. Which is ridiculous.
- 1 vent - you don't need more than 2 to 3 admins. Maybe not even that many.
- Team selection (Let's say 8 teams = 40 players) - Have all 40 come into vent. 1st come, 1st serve. Once everyone is in, have them put in their comment corresponding numbers in order. The first player = 1, then 2, then, 3 and so on. Put those numbers in an auto-sorter and sort the teams accordingly. (This should take about 3 minutes, tops). Move everyone into corresponding team channels.
- Rule Selection - Make a rule set and stick with it. Don't make exceptions for ANYONE. You set the rules, you enforce them. Do not assume people will use common sense and assume the "obvious" rules. If it's a rule you want followed, write it out.
- Troublemakers who cause constant headache week after week - Kick them. PUG vents are meant to be able to game with mature, skilled players. If they aren't willing to hold to that, kick them out. Period.

I've been working with someone on getting a 1000 person vent. For forums, which could be used for PUGs, but it might still be a bit.
That would be awesome. Make sure it's one PUG event, not 7. Haha.
Rex go start formulating the Z8 Official PUG vent NAO. Lol

It always dies cause the mods or admins are like 12 yr old kids who have to watch a bunch of other 12 yr old kids...In other words just the hackyousations in pug vent amaze you! I asked so if someone tells me to growler I have to or I get banned? They say yes. Then I say so every person has the right to interigate someone to use a software that deminishes their fps by jus going hack? They go pretty much. There Is 0% maturity in any pug vent.good idea, but it always dies for some reason.why do you type it with two g's? atleast spell the damn word right. its pug, pick up game get it right before you whine about playing more of them.
Dude your a nobody...Lol.

I can only speak for myself but my PUG structure died because I let it, in order to renew it.

Requirements to be intelligent:
1) Thinking before opening your mouth.
2) Thinking, in general, in your case.
If you don't know who Ozz is, you're terrible. End discussion. -
1000 person vent?
No.
With the mods around, and selected forumers, it could be ran fine, a PUG admin could take care of the selected pugs with his crew, channels for forum rooms, etc. It can work out, I have other details, but first I need my app to go through. -
Just to let people know.
Pugg, is correctly spelt, it's just not the right terminology for this "type" of game.
Pugg = Players use Growler Guncam. Developed by Krzy. Players Pug with Growler on so to "prevent" hacking.
Pug = Pick up Game. Players pick teams (Captains), and battle it out.
Same meaning, just different processes. -
That is why i "spelt it wrong."
Yes spelt. It's a bad habit.
2 words I frequently misspell.
"Gunna" - Slang for gonna, or going to.
"Spelt" - Slang for spelled, or past tense of spell.
I'm never gunna fix them. I speak like this in real life, I type like that online. -
I didn't know Gonna was an actual word. I thought it was slang for "going to"
Nah, gonna is in the dictionary now.
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/gonna
It's just a pronunciation spelling (spelt the way people sound when they say it. Trust me, I say gunna because it's an awesome mix between Gunner and gonna
