GFX problem w/ Type89

Can Someone Fix The GFX for this weapon only for blacklist because im getting
very annoyed that the GFX isnt right it's only for blacklist not for global risk
as you can see the arm is miss placed thank you :P

I've used it quite a few.

The bug never bothered anyone, and by the way...

It's still like that when the Type-89 was new.
