Haven't received the ak47 camo crates from event last weekend

Hello,

I have surely played the required 3hours a day.
Because I have been playing the hole weekend like non-stop.
So i think its a bit odd that I haven't received my reward/crates.
I taught I would get them monday july 19, but I didn't get them. I was thinking that they would deliver them this week. But I still haven't heard anything.

same thing happened to me. i sent in support tickets but they havnt replyed yet =(

to make sure.. go to ur profile and go to statics and click how far back u want to go. This will tell you exactly how many hours u have played on a certain day. Take a screen shot if u played for more then 3 hours per day and send it to support. I am sure they will help u get ur crates.

Last time we had a crate reward thing it was for 2 hours and it took about 5 days for EVERYONE to get their crates, sometimes the servers just go slow.

You can also send a PM to Saidin if he does not answer your ticket, but it's almost the weekend and Saidin does not work on weekends.

Like I said before..check ur stats and make sure u did play the 3 hours per day. That would save ur time and everyone else's time.. and also, u wouldn't look like a fool if u didn't play the 3 hours.
