why do ppl spend so much money on this game?

well when i read the forum sometimes i see ppl saying how much money they have spent so far on this game and lots of them are hundreds of dollars and some are even $1000 or more and i mean i do not understand at all why u wud do tht!!
if i had that much money to spend on games i wud buy a fking ps3 or 360 and buy cod mw2 or halo or somethin and that only like $300 at most for both system and games
and yet some ppl spent so much more on this game, a FREE game and seriously i play cod mw2 at my friend house and this game doesnt even come close!!
i mean this is the best free fps i ever played but it doesnt even begin to compare with games like cod or gears, etc..
so i just dont understand at all why ppl wud spent hundreds of dollars on this one FREE game
i mean i play this becuz i only got a ps2
anyway i jsut made this thread cuz im boredddddd rite now

Well, ZP enables you to go furthur (explore new guns, have some fun in this game).
Without buying ZP, this game is just like any other game that doesn't offer buyable currency. Also, people would account flood to get all of the guns in the game.

I've spent lots of money on this game, because I want to.
I've also purchased an XBOX 360 if its my priorities you're concerned about.

AND WE DONT WANT TO BUY COD OR ANYTHING, and we have the money so we spend it on our hobby

..... and if u dont like it, leave and go back to cod

I have nothing else to spend it on.
Have:
Drag racer, PS3, XBOX360, 5 computers, 2 bikes each worth 2000$, u know.....iv only spent 740$

But after I get Blind.Eagle 10kzp I am stop buying for awhile.

personally i think its because on xbox live and ps3 its mostly match making, you rarely play the same people as you did in the past unless you add them to your friends. in crossfire people develope a reputation for something that alot of people will reconize you for and in anything its always nice to have a big name you mention and everybody knows who your talking about. although i dont really spend any money on this game i stand by that opinion.

i have CoD a ps3, i play NBA sometimes but cod i just wanna sell back, the game is crap and the community, i go into a random game and some guy starts dissing me for no absolute reason, oh plus there r plenty plenty of no lifers in cod
