Making Community Killbars

Hey guys, I need to brush up my photoshop skills again since school is starting up soon. So I'm going to be taking up the task of making some kill bars.

As a community I want to know the following questions
1) What is a nice killbar to you?
2) Any examples?
3)What kind of theme attracts you?

i personally enjoy a clean and bold look such as BLINDROB's Awesome bar. Dislike random objects that are not bold and clear and a random shape

I like something plain that fits with the CrossFire theme. I'm personally not going to download a cute bunny killbar because it's totally irrelevant to the rest of the GUI.

My current favourite is the CoD4 set (text-based), but I reckon simple graphics could do just as well.
