In the sticky Saidin has posted, if you click the link for reporting a hacker heres what comes up:

Contact [Gm]Saidin or send a support ticket with all the information you normally would on reporting a hacker.

Send the report thru the web form on support page of the website. I believe Killgod included the link in his post.
