Increase clan requirements
Just saying that every master srg with negative kd wants to make a clan and usualy does.
Check then newly made clan list right now and see that 90% of the clan leader have negative kdr and are low ranks. Makes clans not special when every br with 500 ping and 100 kills to 280000 deaths owns one.
Increase clan leader rank too 2nd lt and make it so onlt possitive people can do it. :P

No, all the top 1000 clans do and all of the scrim clans do, that about it.
Kdr shows your skill level, if someone feels that they need to shoot afk's as a way to prove that they are not as bad as they seem then that thier choice. Anyone with negative kd who wants to make a clan is forced to farm and waste time to make thier clan, mwa ha ha. -

Morality of this story: Rank and K/D are nothing for they can be farmed up pretty easy. Your suggestion is pointless, YOU are pointless. Oh and yes, I'm in a bad mood. Yes, I'm trolling. I don't understand what does your kill/death ratio has to do with your ability to lead a "community" and have leadership.
If people want to make their clan to have fun, regroup their friends, and scrim with them. Why couldn't they because they're less talented to a video game than others?
I don't like this idea at all...

i have positive kdr like a 1.3. I started a clan and its doing pretty well. I got good players. Around 20 members nothing to serious. I lead very strictly. Nobody in my clan hacks, glitches, hackusates, flames, or curses at other players or its an instant kick. By these rules we win about 90% of our clan matches. lol im so proud of my mob
