super rewards dont work in my account?!!

Dear sir,

plz help me.... Super rewards in earn free zp dont work and the offers dont appear ... also when I press view offer status only white page appear noted that this page in the past was had some offers that I view ... I dont now why in the time that all other type of offers work normaly like (BMG, Sometrics ... etc) ... also I make anew account to test this and Super rewards work on it normaly but I need it to work in this account so plz help me to solve this problem .... thanks.

    It maybe that your IP has been banned from the offer wall because of fake information use.
    It could be also internet connection problem since the offers are not appearing on the wall.

    contact the superewards. z8 doesnt deal in them.

    thanx for your replay ... but if my IP has been banned they will write that my IP banned from this offer but what happend that I just get a blank white page does not contain anything , also why the other type of offers worked normaly if I banned or have internet conection problems and in the new account that I mad all things work normaly ... I think that the problem is for other reasons ... may be bug in one of the operations during my browsing to the offers and may be my super rewards page need to restart from the admin .
