Friends List in-game shows all offline?

I've been playing recently, and I'll receive whispers from friends asking what game I'm in etc, and i go to my friends list, and it says they're offline. There no way to refresh the list so I asked a friend to check his friends list, and the same guy who was offline on my friends list was online on my friends. It's very annoying because I cannot reply to any messages because they are "offline"

Is there a way to refresh the friends list or something?

Trying reload the game, or just use /w "IGN" or /r

I do, I reload often and every one of my friends are always offline, and I cannot reply or whisper as i said =[

try deleting them from your friend list and then whispering them i get this problem sometimes removing them from my list to pm them works then just re-add them later
