Fullscreen problems with W7

Hi, I have a computer that's running on windows 7 and somehow, when I try going in fullscreen mode, the screen gets stuck in the upper left corner of the screen.

I'm running W7 Ultimate.
I use a ATI Radeon HD 2600XT

If you need more informations about my computer, please ask them.

im guessing you have a monitor that supports 1900 or somthing bigger than 1440 because cf cant go into full screen mode in windows 7 thats bigger than 1440

reduce your desktop resolution size to 1440 or 1600 and try putting the game into 1440 non full screen then see if it will stretch across the screen to 1440 if so then try putting it into full screen mode.

NOTE: doesn't work for everyone a few people have said it worked for them though.

If that doesn't work i had a problem very similar which wouldn't let me go to full screen mode i just went to default settings and changed it back again and it worked. I know its an easy fix but it worked for me

Exit cf and restart it a few times... Usually works.

If that doesn't work reinstall CF.

I've reinstalled CF quite many times ( RQed due to too many BRs.. )

But hum I'll try the default setting/lower res.

My res. is 1680/1050 btw
