i can get 9 ping on the UK server but i rarely pass 25 fps on my pc

It took me October 17-now to get butterbar 5th class. And my alt wich was my first ever accoun is master saerg 4th class. (march 20- October 16)

u cant get to butter bar in 2 weeks, im on 50 hours+ a week and so far its been 3 weeks and im only master sergeant so...
