Everyone copies the M4 receiver and makes sh.itty clones, it's not just to use .223 either. Lots of sh.it has been made to fire from that receiver from .22lr to .50 BMG and everything in between. 5.45, .223, 6.8, 7.62, .308... Yada yada...

It'd be no different than asking for a Scar or H&K 416 or XCR or any of a million other manufacturers of the same gun. -_-; Same round, same cycling rates, same modification capabilities. Any difference in accuracy would vary depending on the barrel but is probably more in the bullet used and shooter than anything else and arguing against malfunctions is nullified by the fact there's no jamming in the game.
