I think anyone who:
1: Posts a lot and explores the forums.
2: Is active in game.
3: Is known by the admin/mod/staff.
4: Isn't a BR or a complete pain in the butt in game or in the forums.
5: Friendly but just.
6: Their F5 button is worn out and their browser is filled with forum.Z8game.com cookies.
7: Have a sense of humor.
8: Has removed the F11/F12 buttons from his keyboard and replaced them with an oversized F13 button.
If the above requirements are met, the individual will probably be selected.;)
