I get 109 and I live in europe.
Besides west coast server is like a ghost server only like one channel is full and the second is full of farmers. -
If there were a texas or west coast I would get better ping and so would a lot of other people.There isnt that much of a west coast community to even have a scrim channel.
Plus they already have a west coast server. Why no clan server?.. -
