Run time error r6025 visual C++

I get run time error 6025 pure vitality visual C++ library. I didn't have visual C++ but then I installed it, and it still didn't work, restarted many times, I don't have viruses I've checked with like 4 different programs.

It happens everytime, the only way I can play is if I make a new account, then when I log off, I won't be able to play any games. When I click start game(for a match), it minimized game, loads back up, and error codes after like 2-3mins of waiting.

I don't want to have to keep making new accounts to play all the time =[ help me fix.
