friends list not working

every time i connect to the game all my friends have a disconnected icon even when i know they are playing,
i tried to restart the game but it doesnt help.
no idea what else to do i hoped it will work after some time but it still dosent.

The buddy server is unstable for high ping users, please tell me the usual ping you have in-game.

it does crash some times but its normaly pretty stable like around 100 ping
