Some new melee suggestions. From me how about a hammer, and the Ak knife should be aloud in knife matches without bullets. Umm new brass knuckles, and lastly a metal pole. lol

I think it is not necessary. They are almost the same thing with combat axe and field shower.
Ak-knive is a primary weapon not a melee weapon.

Im in favor of UPDATING the old melee weapons maybe for the knife its a bit longer and it does 90 damage with a right click to the chest instead of 70....lets see and the axe would be made of a different material giving a slightly faster swing but no changes on the other stats, And of course the shovel....needs to become a "snow shovel" where it has about a 5 Foot + reach and a very large damage radius /sarcasm about shovel o.o

But aside from that I really do think they should allow the AK Bayo w/o bullets. Just because it's a main weapon doesn't mean it's not a melee weapon. Yes, probably OP but not so much with the katana there.... Which... Will/should be there.

Also for some reason I like the idea of a metal/wooden staff or something. It just seems like it'd be fun...

Also why the hell not add a hammer? Brass knuckles... They'd probably just suck and go unused.

I'd rather take this to the next level though. You talk about things being overpowered, why not make everything we have underpowered? Add in some polearms, spears, the katana and a flail. Melee would be a lot more entertaining.

And ghosts would get balanced out a little.
