You usually can with the KDR. Also if you catch them in the lobby and you see their profile in TDM then you know for sure.
I only play TDM without farming, ckeck my teamkills and granade kills that's how u can be sure not farming...
I've never even reseted my K/D but I have too many kills and death in tdm for that reason 1-2 digits missing, doesnt fit on that screen, if u check my public page u may see the kills fit

Looks legit to me. But does it really matter? There's not many ways you can improve who hasn't farmed. This applies to everyone.
