inuit renderer error message

When i start crossfire everything starts off fine until the black screen comes up to start loading the game... I get a message that says *Error in Inuit Renderer(). Shutting Down.* I also fount out that i cant run it in windows 95 or 98 but in anything else it will go to the inuit renderer error message....because another message comes up before anything happens wich says *Cannot find'ATL80.DLL'. Please, re-install this application*........I have tried running it by turning off the advanced text services but that also didnt help...I am using a windows xp and if anyone can help me please help... Thanks... Also i have seen my cousin play crossfire on xp so no tricks >_>......Again if you can help please dont hesitate to say something... even if it dont work i will be glad that you tried to help.
