Try taking a different posture to posting.

Write your clan name in Thread , Recruiting.
& Then specify what clan you are: Pub?Scrim?
Clan Requirements?
State if you have a TEAM talk e.g: Ventrilo, Teamspeak, Skype, Xfire.
