This is not a error with the server.
This problem is your ping problem, the longer it takes for you to connect to the server, the more ping you have, and the slower you are.

In the other way, when you defuse the bomb, the information wasn't submitted to the server, and the bomb exploded information was arrived to your client first.

its because the defuse picture and sound play 1 second before the bomb has actually been defused thats why
