o.O Random glitch, happened twice in the same clan war.

So today we we're having a good cw with SI. It was a good match with no lag, and other usual errors in clan server./ Then I called the strat to quick plant b and take the bomb and was going to take the bomb throught waterway. I jumped in the water and boom, I was dead and the bomb was underneath map. The next round I took the same pathway and this time i got stuck to the pipes. Lots of people still get stuck there and that death glitch is now starting to happen. Just wondering when cf will fix this, it's egtting annoying. Here's a pic :

This is all I saw, nor did I hear that "thud" sound. My fps and lag we're normal. Luckily, we still won teh round ^^

Please describe your situation when this problem happened.
It is a common glitch in-game, you need to avoid jumping and crouching into walls.

Umm, idk if I can desbcribe it further. I just jumped off wall into water and it said I was dead and the scattered screen appeared and bomb was gone.

This isnt a wall. It's a jump from top to water, I didn't hit anything other than water.

I will make a note about this and talk to the Mods and GM.
