Quick question for GM/MOD...

Yesterday a friend of mine found out that he can't log into the game nor the site. When he tries to get the details for his account it says that there is none such e-mail in the data base or something like that. Today it's the same for me and one more friend of mine(for now, we will be checking all the accounts, clan mates etc.). My question is: if we are somehow under investigation or banned(which will be totally wrong) we still should be able to log in the web site right? And should at least get some message when trying to log into the game - not just "Wrong ID or pass". If it's that way it means our accounts are stolen and we should send support tickets to get them back IMO. Thanks!

well sounds like a key logger to me, you downloaded something with a key logger and got your account stolen? -

If you mean I/we have downloaded the last hack which was with a key logger included - you are totally wrong! We would be among the 6 000 accounts banned then. But we were not.

I'm getting a wireless router pretty soon - just want to be sure I'm behind a hardware firewall. I have AV and software firewall + SpyBot S&D etc. etc. but seems like it's still not enough. I'll be performing a full OS reinstall after this post(format C: ).
Now I just hope that we will get our accounts back ASAP.
