ya i notice it too, i thought it was just me. My ping is usually 25-27.
Example, in Alaska i run out grab the AWM, get my spot and pull off 2 quick kills, the 3rd one i pop off a HS, no death no damage, so i peek out again and take my shot,this time its a chest shot, again no damage, so i peek out the 3rd time on same kill, take my shot, its a chest shot again and no damage, i hop back behind the wall and fall over dead, w.t.f.
I tab after my death and check the guys ping and it was 170 spiking to 220. If it was a constant 170 it might of been okay, but since he was spiking to 220 i think thats why my shots were not registering.
We really need a ping limit tho, the guys that are coming in pinging over 500 or the ones coming in pinging 240 and spiking to over 1000 is pretty annoying.

You should have seen It I lit a guy up with my m4 silver (16 bullets hit) and the guy had 50 ping and I have 57 ping. Yea Its not a Disadvantage or Advantage to have high ping, But what it does It completely destroys the balance of smooth gameplay.Having a high ping is not an advantage ffs. -

Yes, i've found that recently and its both annoying and wierd. For example, when awming against high pingers, i found that if you shoot to the side opposite where they are moving, it counts as a body shot >.>
Also, apparently shooting the space next to their head and closer to their neck counts as a hs >.> -
I think i've noticed a huge difference when playing in NA. Anytime I pub in Alpha-7 now no headshots will reg and i'm definetely headshotting which is extremely annoying. Also,people are teleporting when i even have like 122 ping.....analisation
In A7. 110+ ping wul do 26hp wif the first headshot on those canadian. Second one 0hp. 3rd one reg. -

i apologise to all u guys on behalf of all the high pingers (im one of them, my ping is so bad- 320). Just making a point on the fact that whenever i meet an awm user on the other side, the moment i get to see him, im a goner. And when i use an awm on the guy who's ping is considerably lower than mine like a lot, even when i register my shots on him, i can never finish him off. Anw, bottom line...sorry abt the ping but having high ping makes us suffer as well. Just making a point no offence to anti-high pinger guys. Cheers!

I've definitely been getting killed behind walls alot more, and it bothers me alot. I have multiple occasions where my head shots don't reg, and just yesterday I was playing GM and I did a clean slash with my axe at point black. I saw the guy jerk up, but no blood and no damage.

its after the updates, when so many ppl re-dload client the server slows down as it can't cope.
I play uk server with a solid 36 ping and american servers with 120. its EASIER to play on american server
after patches the game does get a bit funky for a few days, i think its the server being strained
takes like 8-10 shots to kill 150+ ping players. My game has gone way down due to this
