I would have liked him to be from one of the US armed forces tho. It kinda ironic a black dude is a GSG9 lol.
CF should have a basic variety of skin tones/race or some kind of character editing system when you first register in the beginning (I could finally be myself...a black woman O_O). Nothing wrong with playing with a SPOP, but damn lol. Give this game some variety. They could still make special characters for ZP too. Is Rose coming out next? Or the Asian dude (that looked pretty sweet).

if they made the SWAT skin a little darker, he could represent just about any race.

And since America is full of black people, white people, brown people, etc. it would fit a lot better then a black german.

IMO, we currently have a balanced race system
The OMOH looks kind of white
The GSG9 looks black
The SAS is UNKNOWN, therefore it can be anything
The SWAT looks kind of white, but as Bruce said, it can be about anyone because of America's race mosaic
The SPOP comes from Europe, but she looks Asian.
The Mutants look like Aliens.

Well I'm just saying, at a first glance, when I think of Germany's elite special forces, I don't imagine a dark dark skinned black guy. I mean the BL GSG9 looks like a fricken South African Rebel.

But the only thing that irks me about the GSG9 being black is that in other versions, he is white. It was a deliberate change which, when given an ounce of thought, does not make nearly as much sense as a dark skinned SWAT.

I don't get why people still argue over this... hes been out for a few months it's nothing new. Plenty of African-Germans live in Germany. They could have made one that would be more suitable for a black character to be but I'm not complaining.
