Some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external program. close any program with is affectinggame client.

Dude this is a lfc thread, go to the other section.
Erm explorer.exe is like ur windows startup your icons you can get rid of it by getting task manager and processes if that doesnt work then please submit a support ticket. -
