issues with controls

Ok i have my crouch key set up as right ctrl every time i try to play it changes my crouch to right control and my crouch key no longer works the only solution i have found to this is to change it every time to right ctrl please help i know they are the same key but for some reason the game doesn't see it that way and wont work

Other players have the same problem like you, even me. Sometimes CrossFire does not save your settings and you have to reset everything when you log-in each time.

i have german keyboard and i have to set it each time i login. may you just forgot to do that?

no its every time i do a new game ill play a round move rooms and have to change it back every time so i can never crouch maybe they should fix this flaw if more then one person is having this issue

Not really everyone is having this issue, try to update your computer to the latest version.

From my understanding its auto patched so i should have the latest version!

Change your keyboard to American standard. Go to your 'Control Panel', then 'Keyboard' settings.

If this doesn't work, us the app button like I do.

Like this but i use it for crouch

every time i change it to this it goes back to the above picture when i start a new match or round

my keyboard is American standard but thanks and i dont like using different keys

heres mine

although i would like to have enter as my walk and scroll down as my reload buton 4 as my drop wepon scroll up to change threw my last used wepon so its kinda a pain having to morph to the game to play it thats how i play all my other games

does anyone know if crossfire saves the controls in a separate file somewhere that could be edited manually? i have this issue too and it really p*sses me off to have to reset all the D**N TIME!

ya me too i completely agree with you i wish they would fix this bug in the program
