I had something like this happen to me playing EM-Alaska...I was on GR, and I spawned on BL side. I didn't even notice until I started seeing my own teammates running TOWARDS me when I started heading to the Train via the hallway...@___@
Was all shocked because I could have killed them all too, because even they didn't notice (BL people, I mean).

Also never happened again...*sniffle*

Once in my GR team one guy was able to spawn in the tower in Eagleye map, but it was useless we just let him die alone, and report him.

Happened to me once in Lab but never in Haken. In fact I hear about this for the 1st time o.O.

as a ghost its happened to me in lab but i got an inncorect player info right afterwards

As far as I'm aware of it can happen in any mode/map with rounds. I've had it happen to me before in Eagle Eyes, Alaska, Hakenkruez and Cross Roads.
It's very rare though. Well for me it has been.
