completed missions and no crates rewarded!!!!!

Hi, This message goes out to people that may have had this happend to themselves.
First... I don`t know where to post this thread and im hoping someone could direct me the right way.

after playing numerous hours of crossfire and finally obtaining the final dog tag for rewards but to notice i did not get any gp crates after mission completion is really frustrating.

I posted a ticket to a game mechanic and the response was inevidable, it told me they could not repond to the question in regards to not getting the mission rewards (LOL)?

Why not direct me to the right place to get these rewards??

some feedback would be really nice!!, and feel free to post this where ever it may go.
