srsly, its clearly states the name has been used before so you cant use it.

You cant use a previously used IGN in order to prevent fraud/scam etc.

actually you are allowed to have an old name you have changed from you will have to contact a GM with the issue, of course if its a name of someone who has been banned you wont get it changed
