I think they will look at applications.. Pick a couple of the best ones. Then look at if they are active on the forums.. Not like the ppl with 2 post... Then they will look at infractions, behavior on forums, an if they are well enough for the job.

Post count can only help you be little more known twords the gm/mods. But if you have 6k post, and are a troller/infraction magnet/baddie... Then no. This isn't an easy decision for mods/gm or whoever picks. It's a complete process with careful steps
