That is the best way so Mods are actually serious. I wouldn't want someone like itwasluck as a mod (no offense or anything) but it just wouldn't be perty imo.

Repeating what everyone esle said, was overly necessary.

Every valid point has already been said. This thread has lived out its' purpose.

1) Being a MOD is not a popularity contest.

2) Being a MOD is about wanting to actually improve the community from its' current state and actively engaging with community members in a professional and positive manner.

3) Being a MOD is about being loyal, honest, and consistent. Your decisions affect others as well as yourself.

4) Being a MOD is about enforcing the rules and keeping the peace. In the end, these forums have rules for a reason. You are to enforce them. Plain and simple.
