Alright lets say I'm sniping in Prison.... Soon as I jump out.. and shoot.. The awm.. Doesnt shoot....................... which is really annoying......................... I keep dieing >_> Not cool <_<

My desert eagle has done this too.

But I dont think that this ist a bad Game Error. Maybe a little bug.
