Don't complain or they will do it slower, my support tickets are usually looked into in about 5 days sometimes quicker. It really depends on the issue, a hacked account will take a bit more time to investigate.

When you say hacked, do you mean you gave your login and pass to someone?
Also, it is not the moderators that look into this its GMs.

How long does it take to look at support tickets..
