Final Jeopardy

My last question.

This is getting a little bit silly,
As a last resort to fuel my ZP whoaring (It's on purpose, Kids.)
I decided to use my phone..
SO!
I completed all these surveys and what-not, it charged my phone, and I didn't receive the ZP,
It says 10 minutes - 20 hours.. but a few of those are two days old..
It's not like I've been doing the same Surveys, I made sure to only do each one once!
Any explanation for why this is happening?
