me happens too, but the weird thing is i never win 250k for super reward, i win 80k zps free for day in sometrics and them never banned me

i didnt see the surveys once too, but suddenly the surveys i hadnt been awarded with zp disappeared and the surveys appeared again.
Maybe theyre having maintance?

Nope. I've had this problem for over 6 months now.
